It does matter what we eat. We cannot continue to eat like we always have and lose weight. That’s the definition of insanity. We must eat mindfully. We must be aware of what we are doing. We have to think about it and not just eat whatever we want when we want. It’s a process of changing our relationship with food.

The videos below will address these issues, along with how to figure out what eating plan works best for you. Remember, this is not about a diet. It’s about learning to eat to live instead of living to eat. It’s about stepping into a lifestyle change that works for you.
