Don’t Stress, Trust God
When everything is falling apart, what is the first thing we do? We try to fix it and if we can’t fix it, we worry about it. Then, worry leads to stress. When I am stressed, I am not trusting in God. I am trusting myself to fix what I am stressing about.
Jesus said, “Which one of you by worrying could add anything to your life?” (Matthew 6:27 TPT). We know worry doesn’t help. It leads to stress, which will harm us if we don’t get it under control.
In this episode, I give you five steps from stress to trusting God. We’ll also talk about what stress does to the body and how we can change our lives by getting rid of it.
