We can survive temptation during the holidays and any time. Here is a quick synopsis of this podcast. Listen to get all the information,

  1. Define what things or quantities of things are wrong for us to eat.
  2. Know your limits, commit to allowing God to help you follow them.
  3. Admit you are weak when it comes to certain foods.
  4. Submit to God.
  5. Ask God,  “What are my limits and boundaries?”
  6. Follow what God told you to do.
  7. God will help us when we admit we are weak and we need His strength.
