Ten of the 17 individuals featured in Sweet Change: True Stories of Transformation shared their stories and signed books at the book launch on April 12th.
“We change to fulfill our destiny,” author Teresa Shields Parker told those gathered. “Whether it’s just starting on the weight loss journey or having been on it for 40 years, we tap into the process of change by God’s design.” Those featured ranged from those just beginning their change journey, to those in the midst of it, those who’ve lost weight and still have weight to lose and some who’ve lost weight and kept it off for years.
As soon as possible, we hope to have a video of the event loaded for you to watch. Meanwhile, since a picture is better than 1,000 words, I thought I’d share a few from the event.
